How and where to pick up the vehicle for the day and if my flight arrives at night?

Are you allowed to go out of Tenerife with the vehicle rental?
No, the use must be only on the island of Tenerife.
Who can drive the vehicle?

Can delivery the vehicle somewhere else other than your office?
Yes, we will take the car directly to your hotel accommodation and can return anywhere else if it always with a minimum of days, with a small extra charge of 10-15 euros .
Can I pay the rent for the car in cash?
Yes, you can do this, just be required to submit a credit card (not debit) as collateral in reserves after hours.
Can I get a Quoation and make a reservation by phone, fax or e-mail?

Can I pick up the vehicle at any time?

Can I reserve a make, model or color of car specifically?
No, we can not confirm makes, models and colors of cars specifically nor whether the vehicle engine is petrol or diesel. We can only reserve the car group, all cars within the selected group will have similar characteristics. (You can request a particular model and we will do everything possible to complement you, but WITHOUT WARRANTY any)
What I will do if it break down the vehicle?
Our vehicles are delivered in perfect condition and never get older than 20 months. Even so, if it had any problems with his car, will have a telephone number for assistance service in which you look at and solve your problem in the best way and as quickly as possible.
What do I need to rent a car?
You need to be at least 21 years old and have a valid driver's license with a minimum of 1 year old.
What price will I be charged for gasoline?

Will I have to pay any cost to cancel my reservation?
